How does it work?
The Talent Passport is always created under the expert guidance of a certified coach.
You can get yourself certified as a Talent Passport coach online by following an interactive e-learning session (in English). So you can do the training at your own pace, whenever and wherever you want. You can ask the trainer any questions you have by e-mail.
When you opt for the online certification, you must take a proficiency test. This is done online by means of a video call.

After you have completed the certification training, you know how The Talent Passport correctly measures talents, you can correctly interpret and explain the results of The Talent Passport to your client and you know how to use the online platform practically in your own work.

You also get free access to the online Coach Community Platform with lots of extra information and materials for your coaching and workshops.
