Our Team Talents Day is a one-day workshop designed to allow employees to acquaint themselves, in team, with their personal talents and their team talents. During the workshop, participants reflect upon their individual strengths and weaknesses and how these influence the interrelationships within the team. To conclude the workshop, the strengths and weaknesses of the team are examined in relation to the objectives that the team fulfils. How do we, as a team, handle this? A fascinating and pleasurable day. A good idea for a meaningful team-building activity.
